Broader Public Sector Business Documents Directive
The government released a new Directive for the broader public sector titled the Broader Public Sector (BPS) Business Documents Directive. It was issued under the authority of the Broader Public Sector Accountability Act, 2010, which was recently amended by the Public Sector and MPP Accountability and Transparency Act, 2014. The Directive is effective January 1, 2016 and requires designated BPS organizations, including FCSGW, to prepare and publish online their business plans and other business or financial documents. Post-Executive-level Staff Travel Expenses to Public Website Directive
This Directive issued under section 20.1 of the Child and Family Services Act (CFSA) requires all CASs to post all travel expenses incurred by executive-level staff to public websites on an annual basis, effective April 1, 2016.
