Enriching Lives
Enrichment opportunities can have an incredibly deep impact on the lives of children and youth. They can provide important skill building opportunities, build confidence and self-esteem, improve mental health, create positive memories, and foster connections with others!
Thanks to the incredible generosity of our supporters, the Children First Fund continues to provide valuable enrichment opportunities to our children and youth, including supporting school field trips, graduation expenses, family recreation and leisure opportunities, and special holiday stockings for our youth.

Enrichment Fund
We recognize the deep value of enrichment opportunities in the lives of the children and youth that we work with, and strive to make these opportunities available whenever possible.
Thanks to the generosity of incredible supporters like you, we continue to support the cost of class field trips, graduation expenses, and other needs that enrich the lives, and improve the wellbeing, of the children and youth that we work with.
Family Experience Program
Spending recreation and leisure time as a family can provide many incredible therapeutic benefits, in addition to creating family memories that will last a lifetime!
Many of the families we work with may struggle to access family recreation and leisure opportunities, and often face a number of barriers in doing so. Our Family experience program helps to remove the barriers to these opportunities, so that the families we work with can spend more quality time together!
Youth Holiday Celebration Fund
The Holidays can be a particularly lonely time for our youth who are living independently, particularly those who are not connected to family. Often, they don’t have the opportunity celebrate with family, or have a special holiday meal.
Our Youth Holiday Celebration Fund provides our youth with a special holiday celebration, including a hot meal and holiday stocking, and the opportunity to gather together with each other and some of our staff – helping to make the holidays a little extra special for our youth!
