The Board of Directors of Family & Children’s Services of Guelph and Wellington County announces the appointment of the organization’s Executive Director, Daria Allan-Ebron, who will step into the role next month on August 05th. Coming to Guelph from the Peel Children’s Aid Society, Daria brings with her over 27 years of child welfare experience, including frontline practice and a variety of leadership roles. She is a committed and dedicated leader with the ability to develop long-standing relationships with people, invest in strategies that honour and strengthen children and families, and empower people through collaboration, support, and partnership. She respects the shared responsibility of community and understands that people, partnerships, and strong commitments to diversity, equity, and inclusion are core components to the work within child welfare.
The FCSGW Board is excited to welcome Daria to the organization.
